Nab-Paclitaxel
|
Nab-Paclitaxel ist ein neuartiges lösungsmittelfreies Paclitaxel, bei dem das Bindungsverhältnis von Paclitaxel zu humanem Albumin etwa 1:9 beträgt. Es ist ein Anti-Mikrotubuli-Medikament, das die Mikrotubuli-Aggregation in Tubulin-Dimeren fördert und die Mikrotubuli-Depolymerisation hemmt, um das Mikrotubuli-System zu stabilisieren. Lösungen sind instabil und sollten frisch zubereitet werden.
